I'd give this place more than five stars if I could, mainly because of a certain worker there: Elena is so kind, hard-working, generous, and hospitable to me every single time I come in. The store is always clean, quiet and smells wonderful! I love going in there just to chill out while I enjoy a Pineapple Surf.
Top 10/10 , customer service was great she was very sweet & was very fast she was by her self & had a lot of drinks prior to mine and still got it done in a timely manner .!!!!!!
Used to enjoy their smoothies but their app is terrible and you have to use it for any discounts, rewards, etc. And their staff has no idea how to deal with issues with the app. Several times I couldn't use my rewards and just had to pay without them.
My family and I ordered ahead for our monthly game night not realizing it’s preferred to order the day before by phone. Even with our blunder, the staff graciously accommodated our large group to-go order, and everything was accurate and delicious! Next time we decide to order Smoothie King for our large group, we will be sure to call. We are extremely appreciative for the flexibility of this first order and highly recommend this location for the yummy smoothies, flatbreads, and service!
Prices keep going up, and the deals on the app suck. Other restraunts have way better deals. Employees dont show up for work on time and the store isnt open when its supposed to be open. I cant prove it, but sometimes my smoothie tastes dramatically different, than the time before. I believe some employees dont stick to the recipes or dont add the modifications I pay for. Some days my smoothie is really good sometimes it tastes like ice.
