Horrible experience. I placed an order online for pickup, expecting a quick and easy process—that’s the whole point of ordering ahead! I arrived on June 23, 2025, at 8:30 PM, shortly before closing. The staff member completely ignored my presence while taking and preparing another customer’s order, even though my order was already ready and sitting in the cooler.
