Incredibly slow service here. Expect to wait 15 minutes or more in the drive through.
It was really cold in there. That's nobody's problem but the 2 young men held it down well It took some time but I was greeted when I walked in so was everyone else. He communicated that it would be a minute. Both guys were consistently working covering the inside and the drive thru The young man taking orders seemed to be supervisor maybe , but I appreciate the way he spoke to the guy making smoothies. He let him know what to focus on but didn't talk down to him . I appreciate that and will come from Lee's summit again.
There is no sense of urgency with the workers here on most days. My orders are never on time and I spend too much time waiting in the drive through line when I’ve placed a pickup order.
$9.99 deal is awesome! you get a 20 oz smoothie plus specialty toast, try it 😁 Good customer service and laid back vibe (plus you have quick trip and grocery store right there if you need to run a quick errand)
