Extremely disappointing customer service at Smoothie King location 463. We frequently visit Smoothie King and have been to several Charlotte-area locations. My friend and I both have celiac disease, so we asked a simple and legitimate question about cross-contamination and whether the granola was kept separate. The manager was immediately rude and dismissive.
