I honestly don’t expect much when I go to a smoothie king because of how inconsistent my experiences have been in the past, but this location deserves a huge shout out. The woman who took my order was friendly and keen on small talk. I was also throughly impressed with the buildout of the interior. Much better than the last times
Late post. I was in this Smoothie King about a month and a half ago. There was a new young lady working there. Her Customer Service is top tier, she greeted me when I walked in, she repeated my order back to me to make sure she got it right. Someone else made the order, which was good, but when I was leaving I was sent off with a “Have a Great night”. It put a smile on my face and is so nice in this new age where customer service is lost (except for a few places).
