I’m not usually the person to leave reviews especially bad ones, but this visit deserves one. I’ve been to this location many times over the past couple of years, and the service and quality have been on a steady decline. This visit was the worst by far. There were only two cars in the drive-thru (including mine) and three employees working, yet it still took over 10 minutes to get my drink. The Pineapple Surf smoothie was made perfectly!
Entered the drive thru and was waiting for longer than 5 minutes. The person never said they were ready for my order; I had to ask and then she was trying to rush me in the order and had an attitude. Asked for napkins and I was given wet napkins. I never have to visit this location again. They all need to work on their customer service.
The gut health smoothie was amazing. I really loved it and would love to come back here again!
It’s always a positive experience at this location. Extremely friendly staff who are patient and very quick at making my insanely complicated order! Thank you for being an asset to our neighborhood!!!
