I placed a mobile order 25 minutes prior to my arrival and I waited in the drive-through behind only one car for 10 minutes. then it took an additional five minutes for my drink to be made which I had placed an order prior to. I have never had great service at this location. They are always way too slow so if you were in any sort of a rush, do not go here. The window person was also quite rude.
Shout out to Gina and Ashley they slayed my bowl I love it 10/10!!!!!
Horrible service. Used the drive thru and the woman who took my order and payment had a horrible attitude. I think she was the manager as she looked much older than the other staff. Her disgusting attitude makes me never want to come back.
I ordered 2 bowls today. One with dragon fruit and one with açaí. The ladies that made these bowls did an amazing job. How DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL these bowls were gorgeous
God bless these babies at this Smoothie King. Super Sweet. Great Customer Service. I dropped my whole bowl and they didn’t make me feel bad at all. Just don’t worry about it. We’ll get you a new one. Everything is good!
