I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unacceptable incident that occurred today, [August 29, 2025], at your Lake Nona, Florida location. During my visit, despite having proof of purchase, I was wrongfully accused of stealing. I used to be a very big fan of the smoothies from Smoothie King, and idk if it’s the location or a change in recipe but recently smoothies have been… lackluster and flavorless, I hope they remedy this soon! This place used to be a favorite and I look forward to trying them again
Big ups to both lady's at this very establishment. There was an error with one of my smoothies, & I called & spoke to one of the lady's, about the wrong smoothiei received, & they kept there word & corrected the error with my smoothie without any hesitation. Was very respectful over the phone & in person & made it right. I will be back again. Thank you Mel, for making it right & being very respectful both on the phone & in person.
Noah is the reason I keep coming back to this location. He is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and on point every time. It’s clear Noah really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here. Thank you Noah for always making my smoothie taste Excellent!
