The food is good! The staff are nice, and it is very clean inside!
I was really disappointed with my experience at this Smothie King location. I chose to support this business specifically because it’s veteran owned, so my expectations for professionalism and attention to detail were higher. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While standing at the counter ready to order, two employees walked right past me without acknowledging me at all. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. First and last time at this establishment! Lack of empathy! Was willing to let me spend another 17.00 instead of offering a solution!
Ordered on the app and they didn’t have what I ordered when I got there. They told me I could only replace and that a refund was not possible. Was forced to spend $12 on a gross powdery replacement I was told would taste the same
