Update - I've been in here several times since writing the original review because things have improved. I feel like I get my money's worth for smoothie bowls. Service is still good. The store is still clean. Hours of operation are convenient. I'll continue to support this location. Original post: The staff is always nice and the store is always clean. However, the value for product is lacking but I blame corporate..the smoothie bowls have more toppings than actual smoothie which defeats the whole purpose! I will never order... read more
Usually a good experience. Seems lady working today was upset to be working today. Asked to sub a fruit that not one Smoothie King has ever denied, not even this location. Today she insisted that she would not sub. I ordered from the app where the substitute is obviously an acceptable option.
Today reminded me why I don’t come here. Why are they so strict when it comes to modifications, they care more about their “food cost” than their customers, I just wanted my extra peanut butter that I paid for to be in the bottom of my bowl instead of the top. The time before this I asked for light peanut butter in a smoothie and they told me No they have to give me the full porting because it will mess up their food cost. This is BS
