?? we show up 30 minutes before they close & the lady who was working is light skin with curly hair working march 28 at 8:30, told us that they are not making bowls at the moment & closed the store right after we left. what kinda costumer service is this? if u close at 9 then u lock the doors at 9. not 8:30.
They put a $2.70 tip on the bill without me even clicking the button. Also made both our smoothies wrong. Horrible.
Manger was rude ppl need to learn to hire other with more of a personality friendliness there's no reason to come to work looking mad and don't want to be bothered when a customer is asking you questions about something. I see why ppl tell to go elsewhere where
Someone needs to teach the idiots working here that ubereats and doordash couriers represent the customer. these 2 guys are stupid disrespectful and dirty. they act clean when the customers are in the store if the customer is not in the store you don't want to drink what they make.
Had to come through for a recharge strawberry today for the Crown Jewell’s unrivaled debut! This is the best Smoothie King in Chicago! Skytown loves ya Jewell!
