Service today on July 12th was NOT good. Someone claiming to be a store manager made my 44 oz shake wrong and I returned to request it to be re-made. He gave me a terrible attitude and argued with me in the store about charging me the next time “I came back with a shake”. I explained to him that he infact made the shake and put way TOO MUCH ice to the point where it tasted like water. nothing is more dissapointed and absolutely disgusting than finding a hair in your smoothie bowl…. 13 dollars down the drain. please wear hair nets. i literally wanted to throw up. for a second i was like “is it mine?” until i realized my hair is in a bun and i have super curly hair.
Really great with mobile orders. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Would recommend.
