Yall need to take Yesenia or whatever her name is off the mic to take orders. I asked to make sure she heard I wanted the avocado toast with egg on it and her response was ‘that’s what I just said’ with an attitude even though that’s not what she said, she only mentioned avocado and nothing about the egg. I visited this location and attempted to order a smoothie that is currently listed on your app. However, the employee assisting me informed me that the smoothie was no longer available. I found this confusing, as the item is still clearly shown on your app. I then politely asked if she could recommend or prepare a similar smoothie, but she refused and did not offer any assistance or alternatives.
