Ordered their smoothie and toast combo, got my toast, it was hair in my food. No sorry just a want another one , I said no and they refunded .. again no sorry not remorse for their nasty action or a care of their bad action

I love smoothie king in general. Will always be my favorite. But this experience wasn’t great. Walked in and the worker didn’t even see or hear us. He was staring at his phone blasting music and playing some game. We tried to get his attention by being more in line of sight or just saying “hello” but absolutely did not even look up at us.
