I ordered a PB Swizzle bowl through door dash because I was recovering from surgery and could not drive. I received my order in an open bag, with no receipt and it was not what I ordered. When I asked for a discount I was told that the manager was not there and they would leave my number on a board for a manager to call me back.
The fact this store, a breakfast smoothie location, doesn’t open until 11 on some days tells you everything about the quality & service

This is the slowest smoothie king I’ve ever been to. It gets worse everytime we come. I don’t usually write reviews at all but this is insane. You will be waiting 20+ minutes for one smoothie. Don’t waste your time.
Won’t be coming to this location for quite a while at least until the staff changes. Consistently messing up on people’s orders. I don’t know if they don’t know how to read the receipt that literally outlines one yellow scoop one and a half scoops of this, but they still can’t seem to get it down. Very sad the owner should consider getting better managers that can train better.
