the staff here needs to pay attention to the details of people’s orders. i have ordered three times now on the app and made modifications (paying more to add items or omit one thing) from a smoothie bowl and they have delivered it without the additions or omissions. if someone is paying more for an item and it’s missed that’s very poor attention to detail… and for that to happen three times, that’s extremely frustrating for the person paying for it.
I placed an order online with this Smoothie King and prepaid for my items. When I arrived, the employee told me they were out of stock on one of the items I had already paid for. When I asked for a refund, I was told they “can’t do refunds” and that I’d have to go through the app. Here’s the problem: there is no way in the app to request a refund or report an issue with an order.
