Not like it used to be. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. I sat in the store for 45 minutes and they made 2 of the 4 smoothies and then took 30 more minutes to make the others. After all of that, 2 of them weren’t even correct.
The lady was very nice no attitude also was patient
I don’t know what has happened in the last month but service has been horrible. Girl in drive Thru (don’t know her name) was EXTREMELY rude. Came through at 1:30PM on1/10/26. A friend also told me about a run in with what I’m assuming is the same worker, making this even more ridiculous. Sounded like she just didn’t want to be there which is fine but why take it out on customers? Always prompt and accurate 01/03/26 update This location has become so inconsistent over the last year. Unfortunately they just cannot find enough good employees to work good. Now it's a 50/50 chance you're going to get a slushy instead of a smoothie. They are too expensive to be taking a chance on if it's right or not. I feel bad for the owner cause I know he's a good guy and veteran.
The manager ms. V was very helpful and nice the store was very clean definitely visiting again
