Ms. Jo is amazing. She has great customer service. This location is my favorite in my city.
Rushed here to make it before closing and so I wouldn’t piss any workers off. Arrived at 8:45 PM. (They close at 10) Service was bad, gentlemen in the front were lazy. They didn’t wanna make an açaí bowl because it seemed as if they were closing up an hour before. They told me “we’re not selling any more bowls for tonight”. Very passive and unprofessional. I drove to another location, I got there at 9:15 PM ( They close at 10 PM) they took my order, made it within 5 minutes or less. I recommend closing at 9 at this location ... read more
Amazing customer service !
Since I arrived at the place a girl welcomed me, however a chubby boy with standing hair was the one who attended me very reluctantly, almost complaining because I modified the fruits of my smoothie bowl because I was allergic to one of those fruits, I asked her to put pineapple and strawberries and she put mango and strawberries, it is a total lack of respect and a disgust to be attended by a person like that even me being kind from the first moment.
