I came into Smoothie King wanting to order a smoothie bowl, but I was told they were not ready and had to be thawed. As a customer, that is not my fault — it is the responsibility of the store and the staff on that shift to have items prepared and available for purchase. Because the smoothie bowls were not ready, I had to settle for a smoothie that was not my first choice. On top of that, the smoothie I received was watered down and did not meet expectations. Ms. Jo is amazing. She has great customer service. This location is my favorite in my city.
Rushed here to make it before closing and so I wouldn’t piss any workers off. Arrived at 8:45 PM. (They close at 10) Service was bad, gentlemen in the front were lazy. They didn’t wanna make an açaí bowl because it seemed as if they were closing up an hour before. They told me “we’re not selling any more bowls for tonight”. Very passive and unprofessional.
