This was our first time going to Smoothie King. Frankly, it will also be the last. The store was fine. The young lady that we had contact with was pretty rude. I had ordered ahead so everything was ready, but she seemed annoyed that she had to point me to the order or really speak to me at all. The $11 smoothie we got was terrible. It had an awful after taste of artificial sweetener. To be honest, it tasted like it had alcohol in it. Nice and clean getting kind of pricey
Awful customer service. For a 20 minute online order they took an hour even though I was sitting there waiting patiently and then told me it’s because they prioritize smaller orders . I ordered 6 smoothies and watched them make 6 car orders and 7 in person orders before even starting mine. I asked for a refund and they refused even though they didn’t even start my order yet. Awful management.
Absolute terrible service every time I visit. My last visit led me to buying my own blender, and will be making my own smoothies from now on. The service portion of this review deserved a triple negative -10 star.
