Awful customer service. For a 20 minute online order they took an hour even though I was sitting there waiting patiently and then told me it’s because they prioritize smaller orders . I ordered 6 smoothies and watched them make 6 car orders and 7 in person orders before even starting mine. I asked for a refund and they refused even though they didn’t even start my order yet. Awful management.
Absolute terrible service every time I visit. My last visit led me to buying my own blender, and will be making my own smoothies from now on. The service portion of this review deserved a triple negative -10 star.
