Dirty filthy store. (Temple Tx) Served me rancid almond milk and/or almond butter in my smoothie. First one was returned for fixing and 2nd one was still bad. No one knew how to do a refund on the register which is sad. Absolutely will not return & contacted health department! Out $16 for 2 smoothies; other was ok.
This is the slowest Smoothie King on earth..no.matter how many people are working or the line. I dont complain at all but literally this place is not worth the time
Got my smoothie through a drive thru at a time where there was one other person ordering. The woman who took my order was super nice about it but I'm guessing communication lacked because the guy who took us up at the window didn't know what I ordered. It took 5 minutes for us to get attended to after the other customer left and then another 5-10 minutes to receive my drink.
