Tried this smoothie king for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and had a very poor experience. A shorter, male, Hispanic employee yelled and complained about me ordering the egg/avocado toast. I ordered it through the app and it was apparently the first order of that product they had so they didn’t have all of the supplies to make it. Went to smoothie king the other day and ordered a PB Sizzle bowl it was amazing definitely 10 out of 10 highly recommend this bowl and Jeremy was so nice and kind and he also made me feel welcomed when I came inside and greeted me

I gave exact change but they asked insisted I pay more because of their new penny policy. They then told me I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because they gave my drink to the previous customer.
I ordered a peanut power smoothie and it tasted like dirty water when I called them to ask for it to be remade. They said I would need to show my receipt which one was not given to me.
