There were three workers working the store. They ignored us inside the store for over 5 minutes as they were doing other things not related to costumer care. I ordered three bowls. The first one came out after 10 minutes and then it took another 20 minutes to get my other bowls. It shouldn’t take that long to make the bowls.
I'd give it lower if I could. Always a 30 min wait for just 1 person and the service couldn't be ruder! If it takes awhile they act like it's your fault when they're the ones that put you on hold!
Constantly messes up my order, the temple location can’t get it together. I order the exact same thing every time from the temple location, belton, Killeen, cove, everyone seems to have it under control unless it’s temple. If you like smoothies with chunks of ice and half the ingredients you asked for, paid for, and then didn’t receive then this is the spot. Consistently terrible.
