The last three times we’ve been the customer service has been atrocious. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to our house, so while I’d love to say we won’t go there anymore, that wouldn’t be true. How hard is it to greet the customer when they come in? We were the only people in there and they had three people working, but we stood at the counter for 7 minutes waiting for someone to take our order and then finally left.
