I visited this Smoothie King location yesterday and witnessed something that really showed the professionalism of the team. Two workers (both young women) handled a very difficult situation with patience and respect. Two customers were being extremely rude and raising their voices over a refund issue that wasn’t the workers’ fault at all—it was simply how the payment system works and policy requires the same card for refunds. Terrible experience. We went through drive-thru and waited a few minutes it was 8:15pm no one helped us so we ordered inside( they don’t close till 9pm). The staff seemed rushed and in a hurry to leave while we weren’t the only ones there. The Manager Aisha was short-tempered and dismissive.When we requested a refund via Apple Pay, Aisha insisted on having the physical card, appearing unfamiliar with the system. I come here for a quick drink and never have any problems until today my experience was horrible. We arrived at the drive-thru at 8:20, waited 10 minutes, no one answered so we got down and then placed our order. Never disappointed. Quick service. Friendly atmosphere. Good products.
Took over 20 minutes for one bowl, 2 of the employees where just talking and standing and one of them was working but more chitchat than anything
