My FAVORITE smoothie place in LR! Best customer service. I came through one day and Marquese gave me my smoothie through the drive thru, but I then spilled it in my car (totally my fault, not his!). He made me a new smoothie AND came and helped me clean out my car. Hands down best service of all time! Plus delicious and healthy smoothies!
These guys are above and beyond in the service they provide to large groups! I highly reccomend them to any sports team or anyone else that’s looking to get the best team to make their smoothies! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much Cantrell Smoothie King!
I went in on Nov 10th and everyone was so nice and helpful and told them how I had a previous bad experience with the store in Ruston LA ... So the owner himself came to talk to me and apologized which of course it's not his fault he wasn't even there! He is as such a nice man!! But the treatment I got at this location was so great the toast and smoothie I got was the best and I can't wait to be able to go back again!!!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. The employee named Kellie treated me rudely and unprofessionally. She showed no interest in helping, had an unfriendly attitude, and made the entire visit uncomfortable. I’ve never had this issue before at Smoothie King, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t experience the same treatment.
