In my opinion, the drinks were amazing! It tastes so great!! But we literally waited 35 minutes for 3 drinks. & They never even asked us for our names. I would not come back. It was not worth the wait.
The southern hospitality at this location is shown. Some workers that show this includes Bentley, Malinda, Molly, Ana, Marquese, Diana, and so many more. Give this team a chance!! They are paving the way to a great customer service opportunity and are ultimately doing their greatest to give you, the customer, an amazing time at Smoothie King.
I had never had Smoothie King until about two months ago when I went to this location, and wow! All of the options!!! I’ve now gone at least six times and have had smoothies and food at this location. Every time I go, whether through the drive-thru or inside, I am welcomed with such friendly voices and faces. They all do such a great job, too, to make sure what I order is accurate and tastes great. Thank you, so much, and keep it up!!
I am highly disappointed on this location. Me and my husband pulled up to go inside to place and order and there was a vehicle at the drive thru. But when we got to the door it was locked. Mind you it is 11:20am and the store opens at 8am on Saturday. We did see to black gentlemen run to the back of the store to hide. The person at the drive through ended up trying to get in as well but the door was steal locked. This is not how you run a business. If they didn't want to work today.
