I visited this smoothie shop to order a smoothie, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism I witnessed. While waiting for my order, I observed two employees—a young woman with dark hair and a young man whose name tag read Terrance—arguing back and forth with one another while preparing smoothies. I am very disappoint with the recent customer service. There have been times where the service has been very slow. Then today (9/20), I sent the order to the wrong location and the worker going to tell me “perfect” after I informed him… what type of response is that to a customer? Very disappointing experience. I placed an online order at 3:29 PM for a Go-Go-Goji Crunch Bowl, which said it would be ready at 3:41 PM. I didn’t receive my order until 4:18 PM — a 37-minute wait. After waiting about 20 minutes, I was told they couldn’t find my order, only for it to eventually be located. I also wasn’t the only customer waiting that long.
