Employee was extremely rude took forever in the drive-through to even place my order let alone to get to the window and pay for it and then when I received my smoothie there was smoothie all over the side of the cup I asked for napkins she didn't give them to me and then I opened the inside of my cup and see that there's like five huge pieces of ice that haven't been blended up they didn't seem that busy there was no one inside the store and I was the only one in the drive-through
Been a regular for years. Order by app. Sometimes you get what you ordered sometimes not. Sometimes you pay and find out store is closed and have to argue later to get your order. While they will never give a smoothie today for payment tomorrow, if you order and they're closed the refund comes in 5-7 business days. I would avoid this location it lacks consistency and service is bad.
