Giving smoothie king a bad reputation! No bowls, no toast available. Only smoothies! Bathroom not inservice .. WTH.
This is the 5th time I’ve been here and they say they can’t make smoothies, or are out of everything. They ask for you to pull up to the window so they don't have to tell you over speaker that they can’t serve you.
Staff needs a lesson on customer service. Rude at the drive thru and window.
DON’T go here !! My door dasher brought me a smoothie and it was smeared all over the bag ! He said the store gave it to him like that. I called the store and spoke to the manager. She claimed my dasher was lying and that there was nothing she could do. I asked her if they could remake the smoothie since the dasher said he was going to go back to the store. She said they wouldn’t remake it. I tried asking for a corporate number and she wouldn’t give it to me. Absolutely ridiculous.
I go first thing in the morning, service is good, food, smoothies and bowls are delicious! Price point is right on for serving size.
