It started with the attitude at the speaker. The lady had a very aggressive tone . Then I proceed to the window, she asks me if I had something I told her no I had a mobile order, she then says that’s what I thought with an attitude and slammed the window. The look on my face must’ve said it all because she tried the end the interaction with have a nice day once. Too late lady, it’s 7 o’clock in the morning, why are you so angry?
The workers here are absolutely so rude and passive-aggressive. As soon as we get to the drive-thru they already have an attitude. I hate coming here because I know I can always expect mean and nasty services from the staff. I just a want a smoothie. it’s like they are irritated that us customers make them do the job that they are getting paid to do?? Don’t even try to ask them a question about what you’re spending your money on, that’s when they start to get an attitude.
