Everytime I go to the smoothie king in Orange it’s a disappointing purchase. The service is slow and the smoothie tastes sub par. For a $10 drink I want to enjoy every sip! When I go to the other locations, service is great and the PowerPunchPlus’ taste SO much better. Why?! I live by the one in Orange unfortunately so that’s the one I frequent but it’s starting to be a waste of money.
Tried to order in the drive-thru at 3:20 PM on 7/26/26 and was told they couldn't take any orders because they were in the middle of a shift change. As someone who works at a chemical plant that runs 24/7, I can promise you we don't shut down production every time one crew goes home and another clocks in. Hospitals don't stop treating patients during shift change. Power plants don't stop making electricity. Apparently, though, blending fruit and protein powder is simply too complex to continue during this critical transition... read more
came during "shift change" and they can't take orders. at 2 pm on a Sunday. this will happen at random times. or they'll turn the Lights off on you 20 minutes before closr.
