I usually don’t take the time to write negative reviews unless it’s really bad. But this is about the 5th time I’ve come here and received horrible service. There was 1 car in front of me who ordered 1 thing and it took them 15 min. Then another 10 min to make my child’s shake and my small shake. The two cars behind me (who already ordered) left. Then who ever came to the window to get my payment said nothing to me and just took my card. No smiles, no words, nothing. Both shakes were made horribly and I could tell right away... read more

I looked across the counter and saw black, rotten bananas being used to make the smoothies. I hope the supervisor checks on this.
Worked there for a day and quit. Bowl made me puke multiple times during my shift and staff was disrespectful and attitudy. Manager didn’t respect my time either. I expect better from a company.
I ordered the cacao bowl. The chocolate hazelnut tasted like the smell of peanut butter dog treats. There was no hint of the chocolate, just peanut butter that was brown. My man and I both gagged at the flavor. I’m just going to get the original next time.
