I love this Smoothie King!! They always make my order perfectly. The staff is amazing and always so kind. I love the little messages they write on our cups, it sure makes our day. It's the little things. Melissa is the best!!!
I’ve always enjoyed smoothie king and the wonderful service but I feel like the atmosphere is just different now. I haven’t seen the usual employees that I’m used to seeing and talking to in a while, the current ones are very quick paced but they also seem very stressed a lot of times, while sometimes it might be a very quick experience a lot of times if there’s more than a few people ordering it can take a pretty long time before you get your order, I miss how much faster they used to be and honestly the customer service wa... read more
