I get a 20 oz hulk smoothie almost everyday..different flavors..always perfect and delicious ..well today it was terrible!..It was almost completely melted & definitely was not what I ordered..I had other things to do so I didn't have time to go back..as I shouldnt have to!!..I think the girl at the window heard me telling my boss I would be late because I was at slow pokey🤣because they have also been slow lately

I ordered and paid for my drink only to be left waiting at the window for 25 minutes before a different employee came back completely confused as to why I was there. I would have understood if the store had been busy of if it’d been a one time thing, but there was almost no one else there and the drive through is consistently slow.
