David was amazing the service is always good here and the food comes out fast.
This is was not a good experience. The worker was talking so low, it was hard to understand him, then we were charged extra for switching out different fruit. He had locs in his hair that kept covering his eyes. He used his bare hands while preparing our smoothies to keep pushing his hair back. We waited what felt like almost 15 minutes to get our 3 kids smoothies and no one else was ordering. I live less than 5 minutes from this Smoothie King, and I will no longer be coming to this location. The staffing situation is unacceptable. There is routinely only ONE employee working during high-volume times, leading to long waits—even for online orders. Expect to wait 10–15 minutes minimum. They claim to open at 7:00 AM, but that’s not accurate. I’ve arrived at opening time and had to call the store while standing outside, only to find the employee in the back on their phone.
