Went in today, was helped by nice lady on duty. Working in the service industry is hard, especially when you have customers that won’t take accountability for their mishap. Just so happen to be visiting when an angry guy wanted a refund & the lady kept her professionalism & informed him of policy. He was real nasty about it, hate she experienced that. After all his foolishness, she took my order with a smile & chatted with me about my day! April you are amazing, thank you
Where shall I begin? Went to Smoothis along Lakeway to get my mom and myself some lunch. She is on hospice and can’t eat much, so when she asked for it I went. Her order came out fine, mine on the other hand not so much. Unfortunately it wasn’t until I got back to the house with hers that I discovered that mine was not remotely what I ordered. Pésimo servicio la señora que está ahí es muy grosera toma la orden de mala manera vine por primera ves a buscar un batido iva rumbo al trabajo pero me molesta este tipo de servicio este es un local que no recomiendo principalmente que todo el tiempo está esta señora debería tener personal más amable en verdad que esta señora es muy grosera debería de tener un trabajo donde sólo esté sentada
