Walked in and the employees were working in the dark (all lights off) asked for peanut power plus CHOCOLATE no banana as im allergic and received a chocolate and strawberry shake. Had them remake it and repeated myself again penut power plus chocolate with no banana then received a shake that tastes like peanut butter with protein powder. AGAIN no CHOCOLATE. There’s a classy way to deliver bad news, and it usually involves something called “customer service.” Then there was this absolute masterpiece. Dear franchise owner: the hispanic lady working at 7pm on Sunday denied us service. She said that the WiFi was down so she wasn’t able to make any more smoothies (an entire hour before closing), while she was cleaning up the blender from something she had just made another customer. Incompetence at its finest.
I was visiting from out of town and trying to grab something quick before my Uber driver arrived to take me to the airport. I had a $50 mobile gift card to Smoothies King I was excited to use since there isn’t one close to my home. Long story short, the girl originally at the register wasn’t very friendly, then walked away when I was about to order.
