I just saw a viral video on Tik Tok of this particularly smoothie king general manager cursing viciously at a customer, refusing to give them corporates number, and a new receipt, and she left without a refund or a smoothie. I’ve had terrible experiences here as well but learned quick this is one of the worst locations in the area. I was just very disappointmented and irritated seeing that and have also made sure to call corporate because at some point this has to stop.
I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS SMOOTHIE KING AGAIN! The Harrisburg location “manger” was rude and nasty from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. He argued with me, he cursed at me and refused to help me! The video of the interaction will be posted on my platforms shortly. I simply asked for a refund since they couldn’t get my order corrected. Tuesday afternoon actually ran into the owner of Smoothie King Harris Pkway Mall professional polite courteous just like the workers he hired as a reflection of him. Nice to see the owner take pride of his establishment as it reflects on the staff...5 star will definitely be back soon! Pleasure meeting you and thank you for delicious smoothies.
Staff was great! Super friendly and offered me extra toppings. Highly recommend this location.
