When you order online at this store your order is never ready when you get there. The associates are also rude. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:27 and I waited until 4:27 to receive my order. I watched people walk in place an order and got there order before me.
I dont know what happened here. But now you cant order a cup of ice in the drive thru without being asked to pull forward, or into a parking spot and wait. Last time i ordered 2 smoothies and waited 38 minutes. This used to be a fast serving location, so convenient. Staff is always friendly but the wait is a killer. I now go to the Derita location. A shame but I cannot afford the time lost.
Excellent customer service. Shout out to Rashad and Lucy for always having a smile on your face no matter what time of the day it is and being so patient.
