On July 29, 2025, at approximately 10:45 AM, I picked up my order. Upon arrival, I found my smoothie sitting unattended outside the mini refrigerator. While standing in the designated pickup area, I was not acknowledged or assisted by the staff member present, who actively avoided eye contact. I’ve been to this location three times: once just to pick up a delivery order, and twice for myself. The first time? Fantastic! I ordered a chocolate peanut protein smoothie that made me feel like I had just made a life decision worth bragging about. The second time? Tried to order pickup, called to tell me they were out of the bowl, told me I had to come in to get a refund, ran my card, but kept the tip I had given them, then told me there was nothing they could do about it. How about you hand me back the money out of the register. Never again.✌🏻
The smoothie king workers have the worst attitude and even worse smoothie skills. Specifically the crew working now around now at 7pm on June 29th 2025. They messed up my order and gave me attitude for it. They didn’t make my entire drink and rushed the process and made some vile bullshit that tastes like Chalky Water.
