Tried to order pickup, called to tell me they were out of the bowl, told me I had to come in to get a refund, ran my card, but kept the tip I had given them, then told me there was nothing they could do about it. How about you hand me back the money out of the register. Never again.✌🏻
The smoothie king workers have the worst attitude and even worse smoothie skills. Specifically the crew working now around now at 7pm on June 29th 2025. They messed up my order and gave me attitude for it. They didn’t make my entire drink and rushed the process and made some vile bullshit that tastes like Chalky Water. Any other time has been acceptable, not amazing as most other smoothie kings I’ve ever been to, are. Terrible service. Garbage drinks. Great customer service & great quality products!
I have been going to this location since it opened. I watched the employee today add more ice and put the smoothie back on the blender. Both smoothies i received were watered down and full of ice chunks. Extremely disappointed. I took both drinks back and they did remake them. And on the remade smoothies, a piece of metal was almost swallowed, possibly a nail charm. They really should wear gloves.
