This location is extremely unprofessional and rude. I walked in to the location after ordering a smoothie online. Before I arrived at the location I attempted to call the store to notify them of potential cross contamination that Id experienced at a different location. I didn't assume that Id experience the same issue but I wanted to be sure that it didn't happen at this location either. I don’t know if your employees are hard of hearing or lack intelligence, but “Banana Berry Treat” sounds nothing like “Banana Boat.” The smoothie tastes like an overly sweet diabetic banana. I expect to get what I ordered.
Typically they're good but I waited 30+ minutes and I never received my order nor did anyone acknowledge me
