I did a pick up order my last two visits. I don’t know who made my bowl today, but they should be ashamed. The past TWO times I’ve come here, my açaí bowls have been half full and poorly put together. For the price, this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I won’t be coming back to this location.
The short young man with the curly hair has an attitude consistently. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day once before but he is simply rude and displays poor customer service.
Smoothies just aren’t good.
So was a little mixed leaving this review because normally I have great service, but since i’ve been going in the mornings this one young lady who doesn’t seem to like doing her job has been doing a terrible job making my açaí bowls. I order the same thing every time, extra granola. Why is it that the quality of the who bowls is so different depending on who’s working. Still having a good day even though the employee was in a bad mood & projecting negative energy towards me & my child. Very inconsiderate person who doesn't deserve to interact with the public for a company like smoothie king. You all should get better representation of what your company core values are & instill them within your employees.
