Smoothies just aren’t good.
So was a little mixed leaving this review because normally I have great service, but since i’ve been going in the mornings this one young lady who doesn’t seem to like doing her job has been doing a terrible job making my açaí bowls. I order the same thing every time, extra granola. Why is it that the quality of the who bowls is so different depending on who’s working. Still having a good day even though the employee was in a bad mood & projecting negative energy towards me & my child. Very inconsiderate person who doesn't deserve to interact with the public for a company like smoothie king. You all should get better representation of what your company core values are & instill them within your employees.
I came in this morning to get a smoothie and I thought everything was going well. There is an odor to the restaurant, that kind of makes the atmosphere less pleasant. The employees were not very friendly, they had attitudes. The person who I was getting the smoothie for said that if they had combined the ingredients correctly the drink will come out purple.
