Not my first negative experience here. First of all, they are quite a bit more expensive than other area locations. That can be forgivable, but not when they charge me that much for a very watered down 32 ounce. As you can see from my receipt, I ordered a 32 ounce. When I arrived at the window, they had it poured into a 20 ounce cup. Instead of remaking it, or adding more ingredients, they just poured that in to the blender with more ice. Used to be a weekly customer but cut back due to declining quality and rising prices. Now I go maybe every 6 months and consistently am given reasons to never go again. Most recently, it was a 30 minute wait in line for a single smoothie. There wasn’t any crowd and at least 3 employees were on staff. Completely disorganized and staff asked me several times what my order was after I had already paid.
The smoothies are good, but every single time I make an online order and come in the 10-15 minute window not only is my smoothie not ready, they're fishing the order slip out of the trash. It's happened 3 times in a row now, which makes me think this is just a consistent issue where they'll never start your online order until you're there to pick it up
Very clean welcoming environment atmosphere friendly people and great service as well.
I made an order of 2 smoothies and an egg and avocado toast the ready time was about 10 minutes later on I got one of my drinks and the toast and I let the employee know I was missing a drink they asked me what it was as if I was lying I showed them the receipt they said they would be back then proceeded to take a whole 20 minutes to make me the smoothie they forgot to bring out; I had to step out of my car after waiting outside for 30 minutes and go in there and when they saw me in there they finally made my drink 0/10 DO N... read more
