If it’s not the owner or the guy I usually see (wears glasses, super nice) it seems there’s a 50/50 chance my smoothies are correct when mobile ordering. I order vegan smoothies unless I’m getting one for my kid, and if there are dates in the ingredients then alway say “no dates, sub strawberries”. Love the service and smoothies here. We tried the new toasts today. They are so good and they made them look just like the pictures!
NO RESPECT! Had my first Gen Z customer service encounter. Walked up to the counter and a young male employee started doing stuff on the screen but never once acknowledged that my husband and I were there. We stood there for almost ten minutes while he had his back against the wall just staring, never acknowledging us, so I assumed we were waiting on another employee to make smoothies.
