The guy taking my order was great but when we pulled up to the window a young lady had her headphones on and I kept having to repeat myself. I was definitely very annoyed and not sure why that is allowed.

I walked into this location at to 7:12pm Sunday 12/29/24 and when I got to the counter to place my order the employee told me the store was closed. I asked why was it closed when their store hours on the door stated closing times at 8pm on Sundays. The employee replied that the manager just wants them to close.
