I want to the drive-through to make an order and the girl said she was having a hard time hearing so I spoke louder almost screaming and then she was very extremely rude and screamed. I’m still having a hard time hearing you. I had even shut my vehicle off in case that was distorting The customer should not get rude service because they have insufficient speaker system
