There were not enough people working. They had one worker working the register and one doing everything else. I waited forever, despite ordering online, and when they “cleaned” the blenders, she just ran water over it real quick. The cross contamination was DISGUSTING. And they left a filthy mat outside. It looked like someone either threw up or spilled all over it. NOT SANITARY. Not to mention I’ve been here multiple times and they’ve screwed up the orders.
Gigi is a wonderful employee. She is empathetic, generous, kind and extremely motivated. She provided me with the BEST of the BEST customer service! I highly recommend her serving customers, give her a promotion!! She is more than experienced and qualified!!!! Thank you Gigi for the wonderful experience! I will be back!
Gigi has such welcoming energy! As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me with a lovely smile, and even suggested a few drinks since it was my first time. Excellent and quick service from her and will be back to see her.
I come into this smoothie often. It's all about GiGi,everytime I go in and she's working I know I'm leaving with a smile and a compliment that's genuine. There was a few times that I went in and the store was packed but that didn't stop GiGi from keeping a happy attitude. She's knowledgeable of the products and has NO PROMPLEM taking the time to help fine what smoothie is rite for you.
Gigi is the BEST worker ever! She’s always taking care of a rush of people like she’s a one woman army, and SHE IS! She remembers people’s favorite drinks, always gets the perfect consistency to the drink and her customer service is immaculate!!! Only going to this Smoothie King from now on and asking for Gigi!!!
