Bunch of disgruntled teens working here. Took my order and I even tipped. Then they proceeded to get 4 people that ordered after me orders out. Then after asking they lost my ticket.... No organization.
I called Smoothie King at the Rim and asked if they could bring a smoothie out to my car because I’m extremely sick and to top it off, I wasn’t even wearing shoes 😅 (I had originally gone to the Boerne drive-thru, but they closed early today). If you don’t place an order online ahead of time, you’ll wait longer than expected for your smoothie. Probably the last time I’ll visit this location.
