Consistently Disappointing – Avoid This Location After multiple disappointing visits, I’m no longer recommending this location. We've encountered numerous issues, including incorrect orders, menu items being unavailable one week and then available the next, and unprofessional behavior from staff. What stood out the most was tonight’s experience, which has pushed us to stop returning altogether. I went in on 12/29 around 4pm and the boy helping us out at the counter wearing glasses scoffed when I asked if student discount is still offered, then replied no. I had ordered 2 bowls, and he proceeds to make the bowl however, wearing no gloves, after I seen him cough into his hand, pick up a dirty receipt off the floor, and rub his hands through his hair. Rude. And not sanitary! And when asked if student discount was offered (I know it is), that’s just how I ask. The dude said no and chuckled. I left to another smoothie king and they gave us no issues and honored my student discount and wore gloves when preparing our bowls. I felt maybe the guy there was being racist or something, like what’s your problem bro. Terrible experience.
