You know, every time I arrive at this location to pick up a mobile order (and I hadn’t been to this location in months) there’s always an issue when doing so. I honestly do not know what’s the issue with staff. They are very unprofessional, unpleasant & super nonchalant. Picking up a simple mobile order shouldn’t be difficult, no matter how busy it is. Always terrible workers here it needs new owners nobody from thr top down gives a crap. Smoothie king needs to close this completely down ive came back multiple times giving it a chance to change....it just wont waited 10 min for a cashier so i just left. This 1 star really only for the service i still like smoothie king just not this location

Kristi J was phenomenal. I went through the drive through at 9:40 am And I wanted to try to the peanut butter power smoothie. Kristi was very patient with me because I was so indecisive. Finally, I ordered the peanut butter power smoothie with strawberries.
Waited 30 min for 1 shake and 1 piece of toast. Staff was not friendly or easy to work with when asked questions about the menu. No sense of urgency with the staff. Multiple people drove off before getting their order because of the wait.
