Only heard about the smoothies and bowls, but will most definitely visit and tick it of my bucket list if I ever get to travel to Charlotte, NC, USA
Franchise owner ran away from my drink when I exited the restroom. I immediately asked for a refund and she went into an explanation about a comment I made months ago that she didn't like.
Was in town for business and stopped by this Smoothie King. Staff was super friendly, the service was super quick, and the store was clean! It's hard to find good customer service, but they were great!
