Solid and consistent
The store had 2 employees however one of the employees was brand new. The store was very busy and the trainer was overwhelmed. I felt bad for the trainer as she seemed overwhelmed. She was definitely doing her best. I watch a couple people walk out due to long wait times. If the store was adequately staffed this wouldnt have happened.
These poor employees. They had one blender working. During my 25 min wait and 7 smoothie order, only one smoothie came out before the last blender stopped working. I asked for a refund and she said “I will have to call my manager to help me bc I do not know how to do that.” She was working hard but just 2 employees left without equipment to do their job! Sad. Needs to be managed better!
Pulled up to the drive thru and was told it would be 15 minutes before someone could take my order. 1 car in front….store empty. Asked if he could make the 1 kid smoothie for my hungry kid and was told no. I left.
