Unacceptable. Terrible. Angry, flippant, rude individual was abrupt and surprisingly unfriendly. She would not make eye contact as she shoved the receipt and smoothies out. She made soup rather than smoothies. We had just left St.V Carmel hospital. My son was craving a smoothie, she ruined that craving. I have never before had a poor experience at any other Smoothie King. Steer clear of this train wreck.
Rude customer service at drive thru today 01/18 and multiple strands of hair in my smoothie
I come to this smoothie king quite a lot and everyone is so nice and friendly but i do feel like they should have more staff just for how busy the area is. the line wait is always super long.
Drive through experience is ALWAYS so slow. Over a 15 min wait each time.
Understaffed, waited 30 minutes for one smoothie. The lady working made online orders priority over drive thru and in person customers.
