Pulled up to the drive thru and was told it would be 15 minutes before someone could take my order. 1 car in front….store empty. Asked if he could make the 1 kid smoothie for my hungry kid and was told no. I left.
1 star. Arrived at 7:51 PM, nine minutes before the posted 8:00 PM closing time. The drive thru had a sign saying it was closed, so I parked and walked to the door. It was locked while two employees inside watched me try to open it and ignored me until I knocked loudly. When they finally acknowledged me, they claimed it was “policy” to stop taking orders 10 minutes before closing. That’s ridiculous if your posted hours say you’re open until 8:00 PM. We got to the store with 10 mins to close and they refused to make one smoothie for us even though there were 3 people working in the store. The lady was rude and sounded annoyed from the moment we started talking. Very poor service and bad policy to stop taking orders 10+ mins before closing.
