For the busy establishment, the management and lack of training here has to be worst I’ve ever seen. I placed order online b/c I drive 40 minutes to get here (recently had heart attack and not a lot of options). I get to location in drive through and told pull on up. Then I’m told the system went down and they can’t make my smoothies, ask for refund and they can’t do that cause online “I’ll need to do it”. I had ordered a medium smoothie and a food item and it took them forever to make it. There was no one in the store either so there was no excuse for timing and then my food item was very very cold and not even warmed frozen from the center of the egg. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I can't even rate it 😕

My husband and I visited Smoothie King on Friday, and it was busy but service was quick, staff were attentive and Ashton (the manager) helped me discuss the best options to avoid my food allergies (severe nut allergy). They actually carefully mark different colors of scoopers and use separate pitchers to protect their customers from allergens, which is something I’ve never heard of. I also love the smoothies here.
