Our experience at Smoothie King in Melissa on Thursday, 9/24, was terrible. My girls went in and ordered two acai bowls with additional items. The staff tonight was Jacob, Josh and Zoey. My girls said that the employees, Jacob & Josh were short and rude with them while taking their order and after they paid. Very disappointing experience at this Smoothie King location. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere really need improvement, and the smoothies are extremely inconsistent. The peanut powder and other flavors never seem to taste the same from one visit to the next. It also seems like many of the younger employees have not been properly trained in customer service or drink preparation. Ordered 20oz of PB Plus (chocolate) and the cashier told me that I can upsize it to the 32oz for the same price on Friday’s and I completely forgot about it! Love that he reminded me about it . They were vusg but efficient

Room for improvement. Every time we visit this location, their scanner to redeem/accrue rewards "isn't working." The location is run by teens who are very unenthusiastic and more concerned with getting a tip than they are wiping the cup before handing it to you. This place has potential. Just needs working equipment and better training in customer service.
