I ordered from them today thru doordash and they messed up my order I paid extra for chia seeds and ginger in my drink and specified no sugar and they put sugar in my drinking raising my sugar levels to a very dangerous high I can handle frozen fruit and what I ordered shouldn't have had too much sugar in it but mine had so much sugar it made me extremely sick.
Saturday night at 8:50 PM, pulled in to get a smoothie at the drive through. Asked for two separate orders and the guy taking my order seemed extremely disappointed in my request to do so. Then he gave me lots of attitude and was very impolite! Not coming here again, terrible service. Please have the management team look over this one. Saturday night 12/13 8:50 PM
I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes. The car that was at the speaker still hadn't been helped. I go inside. No one greeted you. I stood there waiting. I asked is anyone working at the register. I was told by the manager not currently. What?!! It's a little after 7pm. The store doesn't close until 9. She said we are about to get to you guys. I said well no one is saying anything.
