There’s no way the wait should be this long at a smoothie spot. There’s one person inside and the drive through hasn’t moved in 20 minutes no exaggeration.
There have been a couple of employees in particular who are SO kind and go above and beyond in customer service. They are kind to my children and remember us with a friendly smile when we come in! We love it here!
So I’m a frequent goer . Purchase the same item all the time vegan mango kale . I ordered one this evening after taking a few slurps I realized there was a hard substance couldn’t tell what it was but it was chunky. So I turned around and stated my issue. When being told to pull forward I noticed it was all teenagers working .. the kid just saw me but acted as if he didn’t service me less than 3 mins ago ….told them the issue they gave me another drink this time it was blended properly.
