An employee admitted they overload fiber into smoothies when upset with customers. Thatās food tamperingādangerous and unacceptable. It proves thereās zero supervision, no professionalism, and no concern for safety. Letting kids āplayā with peopleās food is exactly why this business should be shut down.Ā
I received an aƧaĆ bowl with coconut flakes all over it last week and due to a slight coconut allergy and complete dislike for the taste of coconut I was unable to eat the bowl. I called immediately and was told they would replace and take care of it the next time I came. Here I am today and they are saying my name isnāt in the recovery book, I wasnāt aware I needed to write down or store whomevers name I spoke to because they asked for mine and assured me it would be taken care of.
