The lady taking the order at the register was great. The lady handing people there orders needs to be replaced. My order sat on the counter for over 10 mins. They never called my name.
They were extremely busy at the time, but everyone was working together to get all the orders done as quickly as they could
Trapped in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes, just to pick up an order, because the store manager decided to just staff the entire store with 3 teenagers and no adults. They have no idea what they're doing because they have no supervision. No wonder this location has the worst reputation.
We came in at 7:30 tonight, April 22, and the weight was excruciatingly long. The food was good, but the service time was horrible, which Blended into the environment, being just as bad. Pretty disappointed with having to wait so long for two simple orders. They said they were short staffed, but there were clearly three employees that we could physically see, it just seemed as though they were moving very slowly. Although they apologized for the wait, It was still quite inconvenient
