I love coming to this location. We are always greeted with a warm welcome. All the girls here are always very pleasant to me and my 3yr old daughter. She loves that they make her feel like such a big girl when they give her own small smoothie cup. We come to this location at least 4-5 times a week and we love it!! Had a great experience with the young ladies working today.
Although they were busy, I got good service and a great smoothie. will return.
I’m a regular customer at this location and usually order 3 to 5 times a week, either in-store or through the app. However, this recent experience left me very disappointed. I placed an order on the Smoothie King app that included a PB Fizzle and a smoothie. The order was canceled, but I never received my refund. I called the store on Sunday, and a team member told me the manager would call me back that evening. No one ever followed up.
