Really sweet staff and speedy service despite the line. I think this was the fastest a smoothie has ever come out! Great location as well. Keep it up!

I visited this new drive-thru location in Mandeville, La. after placing my order in the Smoothie King app (Champion Member.) I noticed at the drive-thru billboard that a makeshift sign was posted “Out of bananas, sorry.) I informed the cashier I have a mobile order to pickup. She said they are out of bananas but a manager would be there shortly to deliver bananas. I told her I’d go get gas nearby and return for my order. Order the smoothie, tried to pay with the app. The team had no idea what was going on wrong. Said there was a problem with the app. I attempted to place the same order on the app, all stores were available for purchase except for your location here. So your internet's down, which is causing you to lose app sales and your team doesn't have any idea about what's wrong, and seems uninterested in contacting anybody to get it resolved. So, now you know.
