Not sure why it takes over 30 minutes to pick up an online order when there’s only one car in the drive thru.
I’ve ordered from this place many times. On several occasions, I’ve waited over 20-30 minutes for a smoothie—even when placing the order online. I never complained or left a negative review. There have also been times when the taste was noticeably inconsistent, but I still kept coming back. Smoothie was great but the cashier was rude! She kept making annoyed faces every time I asked a question about a specific smoothie. Not going back to that store!
