came this morning at 9:30am, placed my order 10 minutes before arriving. the workers didn’t acknowledge anyone the whole time i was in there. if someone had a mobile order they’d just sit it down quietly without saying anything while me and the other 3 customers would have to ask who it’s for. after 30 minutes since placing my order i finally got my smoothie and there was so much liquid… go to the tate street location instead

Walked in, Young lady said "Sorry we aren't making taking any orders right now. We are understaffed." Smoothie King .... Hire more people and pay better wages.
I haven't been in this store before and I have no idea how long it's been here. The staff was friendly. The young woman I asked couldn't tell me how long the store had been there or what it had been before. The smoothie tastes fine. I'm giving a two-star rating because the store is absolutely filthy. I used the restroom and it was grungy. You can look around the store and just see that the floor is filthy. Have gone there a few times and they were good. 3/14 not good and if this had been 1st time would not go back.
