Today's Sunday morning crew made me come back to update my review. Because this is the nearest Smoothie King I chose to return to give the location another chance. A few weeks ago i ordered in the app and the ac was out so i had to change locations. I told this mornings crew about it and they were the nicest ever and rectified my situation. This is the worst store ever. I ordered on line. When I got there the machine was down and they couldn't make my order. They couldn't do a refund either they said. I dont understand why they marked it picked up if the machine was down. I still havent even gotten a response on the app either
