Too many young women that giggle over the speaker, get your order wrong, & give you watery ice smoothies. I would say it's just young people who do a poor job, but the guys actually do better! How...?!?!? They really need to sit down with these young women & teach them manners, professionalism, and how to serve a correct smoothie! The kicker is the same young women would cause havoc over the exact same issues!
They never have anything in stock! Every time I order online I get a call that they ran out or their bases are frozen. A few days ago I pulled up to the drive thru for a mobile pick up and the worker told me they didnt have anything and that I would need to cancel the order on my end? Last time going to this location.
☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Smoothie King ZERO STARS!! This location is a joke. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about customers — or each other. A few weeks ago, I got a disgusting smoothie with the wrong flavors. Today (9/27), I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no response.
