Love this place and my chocolate smoothies.
The service here is the worst, I ordered 2 Caribbean Ways and it took them 20 to 25 minutes in the drive thru. After all that time we get them and they do not taste the way they are supposed to taste. I really think they do not know how to make them because it is the second time they don't make it right. Avoid this smoothie king the employees seem like they don't care, if I were the owner I would pay better attention.
Made a DoorDash order and specifically asked for NO bananas because I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Drink gets delivered to me and when I receive it I smelled banana, I had a co worker try it & confirmed there was banana. I called and spoke to Tina whom i assume is the manager in the morning and she told me to swing by later in the afternoon for a replacement. Had such a good experience in the drive through, the girl working the window (I sadly didn’t catch her name but it was a very pretty young black girl with longer hair) was sooo sweet and nice that I literally had to come leave a review, she seriously made my day 🥺
I come in here often and the workers always greet me with a warm welcoming, and always ensure to make my smoothie the best everytime!! ABSOLUTE 10/10 would recommend others to try it out!
