I NEVER!!! had a bad experience and it’s crazy cause I never ordered my own smoothies I always go in and it doesn’t matter who’s working i always say surprise me and so far everyone has been doing an awesome job I think i only had 2 bad ones and it wasn’t bad just way too much peanut butter but customer service is always great everyone is always friendly polite and respectful and I luv the rewards they offer thanx
