I ordered 4 large island impacts like I always do for my family and they always taste amazing. This time all 4 of them tasted like slightly flavored cold water. I am very disappointed that I spent $44.00 on flavored water. They weren't even close to smoothie texture. I would like my money back, or a replacement. Sabrina at store location on 462 NE Berry road is awesome. She ALWAYS makes my shakes perfect and she has great customer service skills as well.
My first Smoothie King experience went well. The menu was expansive, but Clare was very helpful. She was able to make the perfect recommendation after I told her what flavors I was looking for. She made the shake quickly and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely visit again if in the area.
The shakes taste weird and off compared to other locations like they aren't adding or mixing or measuring correctly. I recommend using a different location until they get better management or cycle through some employees.
