Sabrina at store location on 462 NE Berry road is awesome. She ALWAYS makes my shakes perfect and she has great customer service skills as well.
My first Smoothie King experience went well. The menu was expansive, but Clare was very helpful. She was able to make the perfect recommendation after I told her what flavors I was looking for. She made the shake quickly and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely visit again if in the area.
The shakes taste weird and off compared to other locations like they aren't adding or mixing or measuring correctly. I recommend using a different location until they get better management or cycle through some employees.
This place needs new management- they are consistently short staffed and it will take forever to get what you ordered. I ordered 1 smoothie online while grocery shopping, and it said the pick up time would be 10-15 minutes. I arrived there about 20 minutes later and went through the drive thru. Employee told me it was not ready yet and asked me to pull around to a spot out front and they would bring it out to me (mind you there’s only like 3 spots to park.)
